i'm walking away from all the troubles of my life

i'm walking away from all the troubles of my life, that's a line from a craig david song. and i used that line to describe myself in this picture taken by my cousin. although this picture was poorly taken, i was struck by it recently. this was when i was goofing around with my friends at the basketball court on new year's day and i saw it along with the other pictures of people, of my friends and others who i shared emotions with. but some have gone, walked away and left me behind. i can't say that i was never hurt by them but i also can't say that i could let the pain stay when they, even when loved couldn't stay.
so i'm walking away, and it's high time that i do. to that one person who broke my heart and made me doubt myself in a lot of ways, i'm sorry for thought broadcasting, but i just have to say that i'm really happier now that you're gone. i'm on a new page of my life and i'm experiencing a lot of new things, a lot more thrills, and especially a lot more love from everyone. it's a happy life.

how to turn your trash into cash

since my sister moved to a new residence, we have been cleaning up our house and have
discovered that we have a lot of trash or more known to my parents as old precious things.
well, yes, some of them are like our first toy, dress, plate, etcetera.
but there were just thingsthere that were really of no use to us or of no value to us at all.
pirated cds, (hahah, thank you ipods!) are just few of the things i discovered
and thought of throwing out. but wait a sec, it's a good thing i just didn't
immediately toss them out. there are a number of people who buy your trash from you and they do it to recycle, to save, and to even earn from it. my neighbor bought our old newspapers and
my mom was very generous enough to let me keep the money from it. i'm about to do some shopping because of it and with that, i guess you can tell that the value i got from it wasn't just lunch money at all. hehe, it's enough to buy me a few pieces of the things that delight me best. haha. so turn your trash into cash and not only will you be happy from

getting some money out of it, but you'll also be able to help save the world in your own little way. :)

for davaoenos, the sm city mall, just one of the malls in davao city holds a monthly
turn your trash into cash
event. the next date for this is on may 5.
you should check it out.
